Are all your items handmade?
Everything at Kyleemae Designs is handmade in our studio in Ohio. There is a huge amount of time that goes into our products from start to finish, but we pride ourselves on getting handmade one of a kind items to you as quick as possible.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
Most of the listings seen on our website are inventory we have ready to ship out. This means you will get it fast, usually within 48 hours plus ship time. Of course, anything custom takes a little longer, but if you are in a rush, please feel free to send us an email and we'll do our best to get it to you quickly. Customer service is very important to us!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied and thrilled with your handmade item. If for any reason you are not, I will be happy to make things right for you. Please contact us if there is a problem. Please understand if you are requesting a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee may also be incurred. No custom items are returnable.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment through our secure online terminal. If you have any concerns about this, please contact us. No custom orders will be started until you have paid in full.
How will my item be shipped?
All of our items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, in an envelope with substantial padding. Once sent, it usually takes about 2-5 days. When your shipping label is printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you are in a time crunch, please message me first to make sure that I can get your order to you in time.
Do you ship international orders?
We send all international orders first class international mail. Due to customs, it can take up to several weeks to receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. The tracking number you receive when we ship your item will assist you in tracking your package.
What if my package is returned to you?
If a package is returned to us due to the fact that it is undeliverable to your address or because of another postal issue, you will need to purchase a new label to have it resent. Please contact us if this occurs and we will send you the listing to have it resent.
