Shipping Information
How long will it take for my item to ship?
We are a full time custom design business, which means we are stamping and creating pieces and filling orders everyday. This means you will get it fast, usually within 48 hours plus ship time.
**Please note: During busy times such as holidays, the USPS can experience some delays. Please be patient and check your tracking, as we are unable to provide information beyond that once your package has left our studio.
How is shipping calculated?
All orders over $35 ship FREE on our website. Small orders under $35 ship for a flat fee of $5 each and larger items ship priority mail at actual rates. We ship with tracking that will be emailed to you when your label is printed.
How will my item be shipped?
All of our items are shipped via USPS First Class or prioirty mail, in an envelope with substantial padding. When your shipping label is printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you are in a time crunch, please message me first to make sure that I can get your order to you in time.
Do you ship international orders?
We do not ship internationally at this time from our website.
What if my package is returned to you?
If a package is returned to us due to the fact that it is undeliverable to your address or because of another postal issue, you will need to purchase a new label to have it resent. Please contact us if this occurs and we will send you the listing to have it resent.
